ICECAPITAL acted as advisor to Imatran Seudun Sähkö while acquiring Fortum Elekter As, an Estonian company engaged in electricity distribution in Haapsalu and Viimsi areas. In connection with the transaction, Fortum also sold its stake in Imatran Seudun Sähkö Oy.
