ICECAPITAL acted as advisor to Imatran Seudun Sähkö while acquiring Fortum Elekter As, an Estonian company engaged in electricity distribution in Haapsalu and Viimsi areas. In connection with the transaction, Fortum also sold its stake in Imatran Seudun Sähkö Oy.

ICECAPITAL acted as financial advisor with Goldman Sachs International and HSBC to Lakeside Network Investments (“LNI”), a consortium comprising GS Infrastructure Partners, 3i Infrastructure plc, 3i Group plc and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company, in relation to the acquisition of Vattenfall Oy and Vattenfall Lämpö Holding Oy from Vattenfall AB.
