ICECAPITAL acted as a financial advisor to Statkraft AS in the divestment of Statkraft Suomi Oy to a consortium, which comprises Oulun Energia, Oy Turku Energia, Vantaan Energia Oy, Pori Energia Oy and Oulun Seudun Sähkö. Transaction value amounted to EUR 240 million.
