ICECAPITAL acted as financial advisor to Gasum Oy in relation to the increase of ownership in Skangas Group to 70 %. The transaction comprised acquisition of additional 19 % of the shares in Skangas from Lyse AS by Gasum Oy. Skangas is the leading liquefied natural gas supplied in the Nordics.
