ICECAPITAL acted as financial advisor to Gasum Oy in relation to the acquisition of Biotehdas, a nationwide chain of biogas plants, from Taaleritehdas Biotehdas I Ky Private Equity Fund. The transaction was part of Gasum’s biogas strategy deployment, which also included the acquisition of Biovakka Oy in February 2016.
