ICECAPITAL acted as co-financial advisor and sole debt advisor to Nordic Infrastructure AG on the acquisition of Statkraft’s district heating assets in partnership with PATRIZIA SE. The portfolio acquired by NIAG comprises 11 biomass-fueled sites across Sweden and Norway with a combined annual heat output of ~450 GWh.
