ICECAPITAL Appoints Lauri Vaittinen to Lead Asset Management Business
- ICECAPITAL has appointed Lauri Vaittinen (M.Sc. Econ., born 1978) as Managing Partner of Asset Management, effective May 9, 2025.
- Jussi Kirves (M.Sc. Econ., born 1985) was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Asset Management and Partner, effective April 14, 2025.
- Vaittinen will be responsible for the overall management and development of ICECAPITAL’s expanding asset management business.
ICECAPITAL is expanding its fund asset management business beyond real estate private equity funds. To drive this transformation, the company is appointing a team with extensive experience in asset management.
Vaittinen brings over 20 years of experience in investments and asset management. He previously served as CEO of Mandatum Asset Management and played a key role in scaling the business and leading the development of internationally successful investment solutions.
Jussi Kirves was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Asset Management and Partner, effective April 14, 2025. Earlier this spring, ICECAPITAL also announced the appointments of Lauri Svartling, Jussi Tanninen, and Taneli Törmänen as Partners in the asset management team.
