ICECAPITAL acted as financial advisor to Gasum Oy in relation to the increase of ownership in Skangas Group to 100 %. The transaction comprised acquisition of additional 30 % of the shares in Skangas from Lyse AS by Gasum. Skangas is the leading liquefied natural gas supplier in the Nordics.
