ICECAPITAL acted as financial advisor to Metso Oyj in the creation of a joint venture between Metso and Wärtsilä Oyj. The joint venture called MW Power provides medium- and small scale power and heating plants, focusing on renewable energy. The transaction will be closed in January 2009.
