ICECAPITAL acted as financial advisor to the board of directors of E.ON Sverige AB in connection with divestment of 40 hydropower plants in Sweden to Norwegian state utility Statkraft AS. The divestment was part of an asset swap with a total transaction value of EUR 4.5 billion.
