ICECAPITAL acted as financial advisor to the owners of SportUp Finland Oy when SWelcom Oy acquired 100 % of the share capital in the company. SportUp Finland Oy owns 49.9 % of Suomen Urheilutelevisio Oy, of which SWelcom owned 17.55 % from before.
