ICECAPITAL Asset Management has appointed Jere Lönnqvist as portfolio manager, responsible for managing the property portfolio the company acquired on 29 April 2026. The appointment is part of ICECAPITAL’s expansion of its real estate business from residential funds into commercial real estate.
Jere Lönnqvist has previously worked as a partner at a real estate management advisory firm. He has focused in particular on maximising the commercial potential of properties.
