Lifeline Ventures partnered with ICECAPITAL for its latest €400M Fund VI

Lifeline Ventures, the Helsinki-based venture capital firm, partnered with ICECAPITAL Asset Management to support the formation of its new €400 million Fund VI, the largest venture fund ever raised in Finland. The partnership focused on broadening the investor base among Nordic professional investors.

“We are proud to work alongside the Lifeline Ventures team and to have finalized the project ahead of schedule, with client interest exceeding the fund’s hard cap. Our role was to bring together leading local professional investors and enable their access to one of the region’s most dynamic venture capital teams. We are also pleased that Fund VI allows Lifeline to participate more broadly in later-stage rounds, where the team has built a strong position to capture attractive upside while maintaining its core early-stage focus,” said Lauri Vaittinen, CEO of ICECAPITAL Asset Management.
