ICECAPITAL is expanding its real estate platform into commercial properties. We are looking for a driven professional to take ownership of our initial Helsinki-region portfolio and grow with the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for our initial portfolio of assets in the Helsinki region
- Overseeing and executing value-add projects, including lease-up strategies
- Managing investor and finance provider reporting
- Building and maintaining complex financial models for asset analysis
- Preparing high-quality materials for clients and investors
- Taking ownership of workstreams across all stages through to exit
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. 5 years of experience in real estate – role can be tailored to seniority
- Experience in lease-up and value-add projects in commercial real estate
- Relevant master’s degree or equivalent background
- Analytical, hardworking, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team
- Investor mindset
