Asset Management, established in Finland in 2002, offers innovative investment solutions globally for institutional investors, corporations, and high net worth clients. In 2010, the services expanded through the establishment of ICECAPITAL Financial Products Ltd as a structured products provider and to the other Nordic countries by establishing:

Real Estate investment services, established in 2006, are focused on private equity property construction and development. Today, three funds have been established with total assets of EUR 650 million. The funds, two in Finland and one in St Petersburg, invest in non-subsidized residential rental properties, . The ICECAPITAL Real Estate Asset Management companies are responsible for managing the Group’s real estate funds.
